The patient population includes those in Med/Surg, Joint/Spine, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU. The role requires close collaboration with the case management team for placement recommendations. The unit consists of two primary floors with unit secretaries and patient care technicians. Equipment utilized includes assistive devices and supplies for activities of daily living. Documentation is done using a specified electronic health record system. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with shifts ending at 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM.
