What You'll Do Assist customers in finding the right appliances to meet their needs Build strong relationships through excellent listening and communication Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom Continuously develop product knowledge through training Compensation Typical earnings: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (based on performance, skills, and abilities) Schedule Full-time (approximately 5 days per week) Flexible schedule required Benefits Health, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance Paid time off (vacation and sick leave) Paid training $1,000 signing bonus (see store for details) About Us Locally owned and operated since 1988, East Coast Appliance is the largest independent appliance dealer in Virginia, offering all major appliance brands.
