In this position, you will be tasked with promoting GEICO's diverse insurance products to potential customers, leveraging your sales skills to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in brainstorming strategies to penetrate new markets, fostering strong client relationships, and ultimately driving our company's revenue growth. Present, promote, and sell insurance products to existing and prospective clients using solid arguments and engaging communication styles Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and referrals Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Analyze market potential, track sales, and create reports on status of initiatives and sales progress Continuously improve through feedback Proven work experience in sales Excellent knowledge of MS Office Understanding of CRM software Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State-specific insurance sales license(s) Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or equivalent, if available
