Job Description Job Description Account Manager Account Manager - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC industries. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Provide technical support and consultation to clients regarding products and services. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Manage contract negotiations and renewals. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC industries. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
