Job Description:

Seeking an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a dynamic Revenue and Sales Executive Assistant in Chesapeake, VA.

Responsibilities include:



--- Overseeing real estate transactions
--- Managing fix and flip projects
--- Handling sales calls
--- Supporting high-level administrative duties

The ideal candidate must possess leadership-level real estate and sales experience, and demonstrate persistence, decisiveness, and strong problem-solving skills while maintaining exceptional organization and goal-oriented mindset.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities:
--- Assist CEO with monitoring and increasing sales in all divisions
--- Perform office management duties as needed including accountability for employees, reporting, and divisions
--- Transaction coordination of rehabs and wholesale deals
--- Construction coordination of rehabs to ensure they meet the deadline, quality, and budget
--- Assist in other operational and administrative tasks as needed in a revenue-generating manner

Qualifications:
--- Technology Savvy
--- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
--- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
--- Leadership role in Real Estate and sales held previously
--- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
