OrganizationSenior Channel Sales Representative- VykonAs a Senior
Channel Sales Representative here at Tridium, you will play a
pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth through
effective channel management. Your expertise in building and
nurturing relationships with Vykon channel partners will enable you
to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added
solutions. By leading contract negotiations and ensuring customer
satisfaction, you will contribute to revenue success and position
the company as a leader in the industry.You will report directly to
our Americas Sales Leader, and you'll work out of U.S. based remote
location on a full-time work schedule.In this role, your impact on
the company will be significant. By developing and executing
channel sales strategies, you will drive revenue growth and expand
the company's market presence through effective collaboration with
distribution and system integrator partners. Your ability to build
strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and
deliver value-added solutions will contribute to the company's
overall success and solidify its position as a leader in the
industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES------ ------- Develop and execute
channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales
targets------ ------- Build and maintain strong relationships with
channel partners, consulting engineers, and enterprise end-users
providing product training, support, and guidance------ -------
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel
partners to deliver value-added solutions------ ------- Lead
contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through
effective account management------ ------- Monitor market trends,
competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for

HAVE------ ------- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account
management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key
accounts and driving revenue growth------ ------- Strong leadership
and team management skills------ ------- Ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with customers and internal
stakeholders------ ------- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
abilities------ ------- Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills------ ------- Proficient in Salesforce CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the Niagara4 framework, building automation systems,
and/or building mechanical systems a plus. ------ ------- Proven
ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets------
