Driving an integral role in the customer experience, the Customer
Service/BDC Representative is trained to be responsible for
establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and
customer relationships. Automotive experience is NOT required.
We're looking for teammates with a passion for customer service and
a DRIVE TO WIN.
Day to day includes interacting with customers primarily over the
phone and internet prior to, during, and after they visit our
dealerships.
Hourly Base Pay plus Bonuses & Commission.
Schedule 5-days per week, includes weekends.

What Our BDC Reps Do:
Answers all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set
script, and schedule a sales or service appointment.
Logs all customer comments into Dealership Management System.
Schedules follow-up contact if no appointment is made in Dealership
Management System.
Confirms scheduled appointments with future customers.
Posts scheduled appointments on appointment board in the Business
Development Center.
Re-schedules "no-show" customer appointments.
Follow-ups with sales or service department to determine if the
appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future
contact as needed.
Maintains and updates customer changes in database.
Contacts current customer base on current marketing incentives.
Responds to customer website request (internet inquiries).
Contacts internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule a sales
or service appointment.
Notifies necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
Forwards any customer concerns to the correct department Manager
and follow-up.
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
Complies with Company policies and procedures.
Engages in business development.
Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer
relationships.
Continuously improves through feedback.
Pre-Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Satisfactory work experience in a customer driven environment.
Essential Skills:
Customer Service, Telephone skills, Typing, Reporting skills, Data
Entry, Problem Solving, Organization.
