Leads the business to focus on developing and deploying innovative technology solutions and high quality staff augmentation services that drive efficiency, effectiveness and value. Identify and manage strategic channel partnerships that result in lead generation and impact CTG's market growth. Works closely with all levels of management and staff. Responsibilities--- Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for the Sales organization that drives maximum sales revenue and aligns with business unit and corporate goals
  • Develop and enhance key solutions that align with industry trends and leverage the capabilities and experience of the organization
  • Develop strategy to identify and evaluate future solutions that align with industry trends
  • Maintain a large, influential network of contacts with highly visible industry presence
  • Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communications and awareness related to the line of business for business unit executive leadership
  • Monitor performance against the budgets, and act to ensure budget compliance, including P&L responsibilities for profits at the project and line of business level
  • Aspire to lead source and demand expectation consisting of equal parts partner attrition, marketing demand generation, and self-selling--- Business Development
    • Drive revenue and profit growth by increasing productivity to expand business development approaches for the business
    • Oversee and support proposal development; may present proposals to clients
    • Assign sales territories and set quotas for sales personnel.
    • Ensure all team members are contributing to the overall growth strategy
    • In collaboration with Marketing, oversee the development of thought leader/promotional materials, campaign strategies, and marketing approaches to stimulate sales activities for defined solutions
    • Attend and participate in industry conferences to promote CTG business and generate leads
    • Establish customer relationships and become a trusted advisor to client senior leadership
    • Uses established credibility to manage client expectations and escalations and negotiate resolutions
    • Contribute to marketing efforts, serving as thought leader through blogs and other requested mediums to promote CTG
    • Serve as an executive sponsor for assigned key clients to promote quality and growth
    • Facilitate introduction to potential customers in support of sales efforts--- Quality Delivery
      • Ensure the utilization and compliance of fundamental processes, policies, procedures to ensure effective management of the business' portfolio of clients and their successfully implemented projects
      • Ensure appropriate level of engagement oversight and project monitoring for each and every project
      • Work in conjunction with the account teams to ensure highest level of client satisfaction and adherence to policies and procedures across the organization that most closely impact quality of service--- Team Management/Resource Recruiting, Retention, and Utilization
        • Develop, manage, and mentor others on the Sales process using key performance indicators that easily track and measure the Sales organization's success
        • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, and contributions to company growth and success
        • Ensure consistent, appropriate employee communications to ensure employees feel a part of the larger organization
        • Ensure annual review of employee's performance and develop appropriate action items based on employee feedback
        • Coach and mentor Senior Client Partners and Client Partners Qualifications--- Bachelor's degree or higher, or commensurate work experience--- Minimum 10 years of IT consulting experience leading large projects or teams--- Minimum 8 years demonstrating success in business development activity and service / solution development--- Expertise in management, sales and marketing activities, including relationship building, planning, executing, and implementing strategies with key decision makers--- Expertise in business development; demonstrated ability to negotiate/interact with client C-level executives--- Competence in profitably leading large, concurrent consulting engagements--- Competence in developing and managing to a strategic and financial plan--- Competence in selling a global delivery model, i.e. onshore, near shore, offshore) --- Proven track record in creating and developing high-performance teams--- Strong verbal and written skillsCTG is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions and services that accelerate clients' project momentum and achievement of their desired IT and business outcomes.
