Responsibilities:
--- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
--- Counsel your buyers on offers, explaining all components of the buying process
--- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires, then find properties that meet those needs
--- Master the local MLS to enhance your sales skills
--- Give your buyers an overview of current market conditions, projections, and market analysis
--- Update your CRM and update your individual pipeline for exceptional follow up

Qualifications:
--- Must be disciplined, driven, and goal-oriented
--- Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills
--- Must have outstanding customer service skills
--- Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
--- Must have or obtain a current Virginia real estate license
