You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience with nuclear material procedures, related nuclear material control regulations and other material policies. * Experience with the inspection levels for nuclear material to determine inspection requirements of material. * Experience working with enterprise Business Soultions (EBS), Receipt Inspection Management System (RIMS), SECNET, and Nuclear Job Material Lists (NJML), or similar systems. * Experience with security regulations relating to the safeguard and handling of classified information and material. * Experience demonstrating the ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues before a wide range of audiences. * Experience managing programs and fostering an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. * Experience monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. * Experience determining objectives, setting priorities, and ensuring sound management processes and procedures are in place, ensuring that national interests are well served. * Experience applying and interpreting security regulations, OPNAVINST N9210.3, related to the safeguard of classified material and unclassified NNPI material to ensure no regulations are violated with the handling of such materials.
