Job Description:
Duties * You will begin all responsibility statements with 'You

Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable
for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit

announcement. * Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the
appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately
following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the

bargaining unit position. * You will be required to obtain and
maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to
entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level
of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or
removal. * You will be required to wear personal protective
equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles,
respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the
work shift. * Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful
physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat,
ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be
required to participate in medical surveillance programs. * This
position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and
OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able
to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods
of time. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one
year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade
level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience
in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must
demonstrate the following: * Experience with nuclear material
procedures, related nuclear material control regulations and other
material policies. * Experience with the inspection levels for
nuclear material to determine inspection requirements of material.
* Experience working with enterprise Business Soultions (EBS),
Receipt Inspection Management System (RIMS), SECNET, and Nuclear
Job Material Lists (NJML), or similar systems. * Experience with
security regulations relating to the safeguard and handling of
classified information and material. * Experience demonstrating the
ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote
varied ideas and issues before a wide range of audiences. *
Experience managing programs and fostering an environment that
administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust
while accomplishing the mission. * Experience monitoring progress
and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and
effectiveness. * Experience determining objectives, setting
priorities, and ensuring sound management processes and procedures
are in place, ensuring that national interests are well served. *
Experience applying and interpreting security regulations,
OPNAVINST N9210.3, related to the safeguard of classified material
and unclassified NNPI material to ensure no regulations are
violated with the handling of such materials. Additional
