You will either be working 8am-4:30pm, 4pm-12:30am or 12am-8:30am, your shift will change weekly. Having Flexible 24/7 availability is a MUST!Pay Rate: $15.50 an hourFull-Time PositionSupport Representative Job Description:Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper telephone etiquette in regard to dispatch and customer service.Communicate with garages to arrange for storage of vehicles after they have been towed.Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner.Maintains contact with customers.Record all pertinent information from each call into company software.Generate daily reports detailing dispatched services.Review previous days reports for accuracy and completeness.Forward completed reports to appropriate management personnel.Must be able to complete light office work such as filing, copying, sending emails, and etc.Performs other duties as assigned.Support Representative Job Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle busy phone lines.Courteous and positive attitude.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Strong computer skills and familiarity with GPS systemsFlexible schedule and availability for overtime and on-call shiftsStrong attention to detail.Microsoft Office experience.IND34PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
