Sentara Healthcare is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Business System Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

Required Education :Associate Level Degree

Experience in lieu of Associate level degree

5 years' of related experience required

• Experience in Healthcare supply chain Workday configuration would be ideal but open to other ERP experience in configuration of the solution
• Ability to lead a project from beginning to end with minimal supervision.
• Capability of understanding release notes is required in order to work with decision makers if an update in functionality under consideration for up taking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools specifically excel, power point required
• Data analytics and critical thinking required.
  
  Job Summary & Responsibilities:
  
  This position supports applications solution configuration for supply chain's (SCM) ERP solution - Workday.
  
  • Performs Workday release tasks, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, logs/maintains tickets in Sentara ticket tracking solution (ServiceNow) and assistance with application testing.
  • Provides support as required for SCM projects that impact the ERP solution.
  • Work with Business porcess owners and Workday CoE lead to prioritize HR, FIN, SCM, IT workload
  • Identifies areas for process and functionality improvement.
  • Assist in documenting requirements for Workday reports.
  • Provide Workday subject matter expertise to the BPO's. Keep up to date on Workday functionality and training.
