What you will do:
Key role responsible for creating baseline process map with initial focus on Asset Care, with priority on low dollar, high volume customers in the Asset Care. Role reports to the Services Global Business Processes and Pricing Leader.

  • Capture existing processes by mapping touchpoints, stakeholders, data elements, decisions for asset care segment, with initial focus on (
  • Processes in scope for capture includes Order-to-Cash and Fulfilment of Service
  • Close collaboration with Asset Care Product Management, Sales and Commercial, Fulfillment (Service Center) to optimize cost and modernize solution delivery to customer
  • Partner closely with Digital Tools Leader and provide input for implementation of modernization vision based on minimizing Days of Sales Outstanding through technology and process improvements (hardware/software)


    • University degree/certificate for Engineering, Science, or similar technical field and at least 3 years work experience.
    • Knowledge and/or experience with six-sigma / DMAIC / Lean processes
    • Able to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated curiosity, resilience and tenacity attributes.
    • Able to multitask, provide direction and address issues
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills
    • Proficiency with IT tools including MS Office, SAP, mySQL or related, and ability to learn other software applications
    • Ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment for success -
    • Demonstrated Program/Project management skills


      • Experience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment
      • Knowledge of program roll out and development of Business tools including SAP, SQL,Salesforce, ServiceMax, Mobilizer, Tableau and Digital thread strategies.
      • Ability to communicate at executive level with concise verbal and written communication skills.
      • Computer proficient with ability to learn other software applications.
      • Experience in VEOLIA Global Field Services Leadership or VEOLIA Supply Chain Leadership or associated support functions.
      • Experience with VEOLIA water treatment equipment.
      • Individual must promote teamwork environment and be a positive force on the team.
      • Customer focus, clear thinker, and detail-oriented.
