Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing all front desk administrative tasks and related support to the Center for Learning and Teaching (CLT) staff. It is responsible for supporting front desk operations, participating in meetings and events, and serving as a recorder as needed. The position is responsible for preparing a variety of documents such as letters, memorandums, social media posts, flyers, and other materials designed to promote CLT programs.

The position is also responsible for managing the coordination of CLT offerings, including scheduling, maintaining, and overseeing the CLT Event System calendar, the on-call support calendar, the Client Tracker for service requests, as well as the Faculty Summer Conference. It serves as the primary customer service representative for CLT and is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering routine questions promptly, while ensuring professional and courteous service to our internal and external customers, faculty, staff, and visitors.
