Freight Sales Agents-Home Based w/Book Of Business Only Only Hunters Need Apply We are looking for strong, aggressive sales professionals with proven track record/a book of business over the past two years. In return, we will provide you with the tools necessary to succeed. We are enjoying double digit growth over the past two years, doubling our size and to keep this trend, we have the systems and operations to absorb double digits again. As a top sales executive, you will receive: Aggressive monthly commissions Experienced staff and computer support that is second to none A salary commensurate with experience and following 401 K, Health Insurance Annual Bonus Car Allowance Who you are: A self-starter with a tremendous drive to expand your book of business. Strong skills in follow through, presentation and written/oral communication and knowledge of the import Asian/LATAM Trade Lanes. This position has a clear path for advancement with a very aggressive incentive program. You will provide a list of customers with whom you have had a successful working relationship over the past 2 years. The ability to think on your feet and good sense of humor are essential. Bilingual is a plus What is expected: Experience with Asian to USA and LatAm Trade Lanes. The ability to have an ease when making presentation to Top 50 Customers A predetermined amount of phone calls daily with success rate of 10% - connect with decision maker 5% appointments Keep DNA CRM updated daily System training on our CRM, and sales parts of the Magaya system. Participate in the Slack software program used by staff.
