Job Number: R0073647 Wargaming Analyst, SeniorKey Role:Provide senior-level support for naval wargames that educate and train fleet and strike group staff. Travel overseas as a wargame white cell liaison for numbered fleets.--Translate higher-level guidance into fleet and task group orders based on scenarios. Support wargame adjudication in the areas of numbered fleet staff processes, Joint force component staff role playing, command and control, and protection and fires. Work in a close team environment.Basic Qualifications:-Experience as a US naval officer at the 06 or captain level, including successful command afloat-Experience as a senior warfare officer, including expertise in Navy fleet and carrier strike group operations-Experience as a director of a Maritime Operations Center (MOC), current operations, or chief of staff on a Navy component staff or numbered fleet staff-Experience with Microsoft Office-Ability to brief at the flag officer level comfortably and confidently-TS/SCI clearance-BA or BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Experience as an MOC director preferred-Experience with command at sea, including warfare expertise-MA or MS degree-Graduate of War CollegeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.We---re an EOE that empowers our people---no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic---to fearlessly drive change.NMC
