Job Description:

We are currently seeking a brick mason with future potential to become a chimney and repair technician. The mason will also be responsible for driving to and from job sites in a company vehicle. The mason will be responsible for completing various masonry related repairs on chimneys. In addition, the mason must be willing to learn multiple chimney related repairs. Applicants must be available and willing to work 55+ hour weeks in the fall. At Chim Chimney, we offer various opportunities for growth and individual development. Job Requirements: Must have a good driving record and valid drivers license Must have no fear of heights as you will be working on roofs daily, Must be willing to travel within a few hours of Hampton Roads Must have ability to work long hours (especially during fall peak season) Candidates must have a history in customer service and also exhibit punctuality. Candidates must have a desire to learn and grow Pay level will be determined based on level of experience. Pay will be starting between $17-$28 per hour. One year previous masonry experience required or other closely related trade experience. All applicants must have basic knowledge of utilization of hand tools. Chim Chimney is a drug free work place, you must be willing to undergo random drug testing. Applicants must also be able to pass a background screening.
