Job Description:
HEPACO is the premier environmental and emergency services

regional locations. We specialize in emergency response,
remediation, and industrial, marine, and waste services. HEPACO
services a multitude of industries including transportation,
utilities, energy, environmental consultants, industrial
facilities, terminals, environmental service companies, general
contractors, property owners, and the public sector through our
Environmental and Remediation Services divisions. We're seeking an
Branch Administrator / Assistant in our Norfolk VA branch. This
position is customer service driven and responsible for smooth
communications between the branch office, customers and suppliers.
Additionally, this role is responsible for coordination and
oversight of administrative activity related to branch personnel,
projects and operations. Essential Functions:Professionally
administer all incoming calls and ensure that calls are redirected
accordinglyEnsure that customer, vendors and employees are handled
in a professional and courteous mannerArrange travel and special
events as directed by managementProvide administrative support for
the branch office/department to include assistance with bids and
proposals, copier projects, mail handling, filing, office supply
control and maintain office equipmentEnsure that timesheets,
expense reports and personnel related paperwork is entered and/or
completed properly and forwarded to the appropriate departmentTrack
equipment usage on a weekly basis to ensure timely and accurate job
costingPrepare ad hoc reports for branch and/regional personnel as
neededEstablish and maintain project, equipment/vehicle and
administrative filesCoordinate A/R and A/P functions for the branch
as neededServe as point of contact for new hire processing, medical
surveillance and employee trainingPerforms other duties as assigned
or required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:High School Diploma or
GEDFour (4) years' experience in an office settingMust be customer
service driven and detailed orientedAble to work flexible hours as
necessaryExcellent organizational skills with ability to work with
minimal direction, multi-task and meet deadlines Strong written and
verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills, including
advanced proficiency with Microsoft O365 suiteExperience with
