Air Warfare Subject Matter ExpertThe Opportunity:As an air warfare subject matter expert, you'll bring your tactical and operational background to develop friendly and coalition air order of battle and force laydowns for war game scenarios. You'll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, assess, and plan emulations of Joint Force Air Component Commander Responsibilities in theater-wide conflict scenarios to include the development of master air attack plans and portions of air tasking and air control orders.You'll work with us to develop and enhance war game air-to-air and air warfare combat models as an air warfare subject matter expert. You'll conduct research to identify appropriate data to program game systems with scenario data, adjudication model parameters, combat modeling data, and analysis metrics. You'll prepare in-game plans for tactical employment of air forces.You served your country as a senior officer - now, continue your mission with us. • 10+ years of experience with the Military
• Experience with military fixed wing tactical naval aviation operations
• Experience with working in a Combined Air and Space Operations Center (CAOC)
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to research, develop, and produce high-quality research papers, in progress reports, final reports, presentations, and information papers
• Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
  • Experience with professional military wargaming, including War Colleges, National Defense University, and Think Tanks
  • Experience with hobby gaming

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
