Learn more at and explore our Xerox is hiring a Sr. System Network Engineer who will be part of the Xerox IT Services Delivery team. At Xerox, we partner with our IT Clients to facilitate installation and delivery of new infrastructure and Cloud technologies as well as remediate their IT issues. In this role, the IT Engineer will primarily be responsible for assisting clients with Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and HPE/ Aruba projects and solutions. Deployments range from SMB to Enterprise Cloud and Hybrid environments. This position will be majority remote but will include onsite work with a potential 15-25% travel required-will vary but average is 1 day a week on-site. Responsibilities:

• Rack / stack / install new storage, server, and networking appliances
• Maintain network, datacenter and cloud hardware and software
• Perform root cause analysis for operational outages
• Capable of troubleshooting various hardware and software issues
• Remediate support tickets and support security initiatives
• Ability to implement deployment projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently, and collaborate in groups to complete client projects
• Working with 3rd party Vendors regarding equipment, maintenance, and upgradesRequirements:
  • No Security Clearance needed
  • 5+ years of security, network or server experience
  • Strong Server, VMware, and Hyper-V knowledge preferred
  • Network Configuration of routers, switches & APs
  • Firewall and VPN experience preferred
  • Cloud and Hybrid datacenter experience preferred
  • Microsoft Azure, M365, and InTune experience preferred
  • Regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 poundsPreferred Certifications:
    • VMware VCP
    • MCSE Server
    • Microsoft Azure / O365
    • Cisco CCNA / P / D / IE
    • Aruba ACMP / ACSE / DX
    • Various vendor platforms such as Cisco / Meraki / Dell / HPE#LI-RR1#LI-HYBRID
