Job Description:
We are expanding our call center operations, so come grow with
us! V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is looking for multiple dedicated Call
Center Representatives to provide outstanding customer service and
responsive communications to our client's customers. As an Outbound
Call Center Representative for V-Tech you will be responsible for
contacting customers who have made inquiries or have concerns
related to their account, purchase experience, or product use. This
role includes identifying customers' needs, researching customer
issues, and providing prompt, clear solutions via multiple mediums.
Your past demonstrated experience in paying attention to details,
communicating effectively and clearly, and delivering outstanding
customer service experience are all key to being successful in this
role. This position is a remote position (though you must be
physically located in the Tidewater VA area). It requires a minimum
of 8-hours, daily, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am to 8pm
EST as well as your full attendance at a multi-week, mandatory
training at the start of employment. V-Tech offers competitive

Maintain confidentiality of customer information --- Successfully
complete and disposition calls --- Work independently as well as
support teamwork --- Listen effectively, establish rapport, and
show compassion with customers --- Successfully complete all
auditing done by management --- Fully understand the functionality
needed to complete job via the dialer --- Process customer payments
--- Call customers about delinquent accounts --- Maintain a
pleasant phone demeanor --- Ability to build strong relationships
--- If assigned, successfully complete all Corrective Action Plans
within the delineated timeframe to maintain role --- Maintain
needed training levels, including initial onboarding, for job
functionality --- Arrive to work promptly for assigned schedules
Required Skills: --- Resourceful and decision-making skills ---
Proficient Keyboard/computer skills --- Exceptional verbal
communication skills Minimum Experience and Education --- High
school graduate or GED --- 3-6 months experience in an automated
customer service environment Preferred Skills --- Some college
education --- Bilingual --- Knowledge of healthcare/Medicare
