*Get paid while learning!* The company is targeting Veterans even if they are without sales experience. Veterans or Law Enforcement backgrounds are more than welcome. The candidates should be willing to learn more while being paid.

*Locations: * Norfolk, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake.

*Compensation: *

* Salary is based on sales experience within the industry
* Uncapped commission plan - monthly pay-out

*Responsibilities: *

* Cold calling and interacting with old and new customers
* Setting up demos and meetings with prospects by phone and computer
* Documenting and recording customer interactions and quotations in the company's CRM system
* Participating in required company training
* Maintaining above-average professionalism and sportsmanship
* Performing in accordance with Values that the company nurtures.

*Ideal Candidate Qualifications: *

* High school or equivalent is required
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years of outside, B2B sales experience
* Driving record is a MUST
* Hunter-mindset while aggressively planning out territory sales
* Mentality of a go-getter able to chase opportunities

*Preferred Qualifications: *

* Having 2+ years in outside sales experience with floor sweepers/scrubbers, diesel, forklifts, or other industrial equipment - highly desired but not a requirement
* Familiarity with industrial clients in Northern VA is a huge plus
* Limited job-hopping background - less than 2 years per previous roles

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
