Water Technology and Solutions is currently seeking a Specialty
Equipment Manager - Digital Fulfillment to join our Services Team
to provide water treatment process expertise and operational
guidance for membrane based and special application water treatment
equipment utilizing the Suez remote monitoring platform, InSight.
You will work in a highly collaborative, agile environment
partnering closely with InSight Technical Specialists and Field
Service Representatives to efficiently and effectively monitor
membrane based and special application water treatment equipment in
Engage in direct communication with customer(s) within the East
Region to promote customer loyalty and
build customer confidence by:
- Monitoring performance and operation of water treatment
equipment by utilizing the InSightremote monitoring platform
- Schedule/facilitate operational reviews with site
- Report equipment performance Support parts and consumables
order entry activities
Monitor and Maintain transactional data in ERP
Review/Maintain orders to ensure complete and accurate order to
ensure quick/proper billing
Other Duties may include:
Troubleshoot remote monitoring connectivity issues
ERP master data maintenance
Support commercial team discussions with customers where
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or
equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of water treatment experience
Proficiency in SAP Sales/Distribution, Customer Service
Professional level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability and willingness to respond to afterhours emergencies
At least 2-3 years of service within the engineered services
Familiarity with water treatment processes.
Familiarity with remote monitoring and diagnostics
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Strong customer focus
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
