The SVP Global Accounts is responsible for promoting and identifying market opportunities (CMA CGM and CEVA) within the assigned account base. Lead sales strategy for maximization of market share and contributions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and maintain strategic plans with critical stakeholders to achieve or exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual volume, revenue, expense, and profit goals
* Oversee sales territories leaders ensuring a meeting pre-defined strategic global target
* Cultivate relationships with assigned global account / extend CMA CGM engagement to senior executive levels (C-Suite)
* Develop strategy to further the sales strategy, with a focus on growth of business and long term multiyear agreements
* Develop and manager to the market intelligence data about client, and how to utilize the market gains
* Represent CMA CGM as a senior leader ensuring proper exposure to the trade and key clients as well as developing additional marketing knowledge for the company
* Work with origins, Norfolk trade, and HO line management to properly forecast for import NORs and to ensure that reefer equipment is consistently being placed in areas of need
* Ensure that all colleagues in various global destinations are working with local cargo receivers and have identified client issues that could help to grow or potentially hinder CMA CGM's development as a major market reefer player

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

* End to end supply knowledge (consolidation/deconsolidation)
* From P.O. creation to Point of Sale
* Multi-modal transportation knowledge:
* High level communication skills (verbal and written).
* Logical and strategic thinker
* Detail oriented
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Self-Motivated
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree in a relatable field preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of related industry experience, preferable 10 years ocean carrier or 3PL outside sales experiencewith major client exposure.
