We invite you to explore a future with us at PRA Group, a diverse and growing company that has a tangible impact on the global economy.Position Summary: Builds and maintains relationships and communications with internal and external clients via phone, email and various seller communication channels. Exercise's discretion and independent decision making to resolve issues related to client activities. Engages with necessary subject matter experts and management as appropriate.Key Responsibilities: Creates, develops, and maintains various department trackers, to include:Master log of post-sale client reporting requirementsPRA Post-sale contact sheetsMaster log of sellers' sites access and assists with troubleshooting and access issues for internal stakeholdersReviews post-sale support requests from internal and external clients and ensures the following:Serves as the liaison for internal departments on requests from PRA's sellers; provides information as required to appropriate partiesAcknowledges internal and external client inquiries and requests within 24 hoursUses discretion and independent decision making to Analyze, research, and review requests to determine the appropriate course of action and responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of information being providedOversees and performs processes to ensure compliance with client's post-sale reporting requirements, to include:Creation of appropriate reporting and submission to sellers within defined timelinesProperly documenting all necessary systems with client communicationsManage client assigned deadlines and timely follow upManages communication with internal stakeholders on client data and information requests and ensures accurate and timely executionAssists with management of post-sale documents deliveries and reporting, to include:Tracking compliance with upfront media deliveriesNotifying management when contractual SLAs are not being adhered to; and,Working with clients and internal departments on media issuesAssists with management on project coordinationProfessional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred1-3 years in client relationship management or equivalent combination of education and experienceIntermediate skills in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint as well as proficiency Strong organizational skills, process development and research skillsStrong oral and writing skills, proofreading, attention to detail requiredAble to effectively time manage, work well under pressure, handle multiple demands and competing prioritiesSelf-aware, reflective and able to learn from mistakes, with an ability to learn quickly while on the jobAbility to work independently, exercise discretion and analyze critical situations and solve problems All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of age, race, color, sex, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, citizenship, or any other classes recognized by state or local law or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.
