The successful candidate will be able to talk about our product while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every call. You'll manage a stream of inbound calls while working in a positive atmosphere that promotes professional development and training, fun games with cash incentives, and opportunities for quick advancement. You'll build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile by listening to identify their needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.   • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year sales or customer support experience prefered
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Exceptional attendance record
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
