Visit us at .Apply now to explore jobs with us!RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and update site/ship security validation testing procedures and processesManage FISMA packages from inception to system decommissioning, includes maintaining and updating CYBERSAFE grade assessments, inventory lists, COOP, POA&M, IAVM plans, and incident response plansDevelop and perform risk assessments on A&A packages in support of Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRA)Perform Annual Security Review (ASR) to generate requisite data for entry into Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS)Track and manage A&A team activities in support of a geographically dispersed user base and travel to remote sites as required by customer needsProvide quantitative and/or qualitative analysis of scan results and risk assessments to construct reporting products that conform to customer requirements and provide actionable recommendationsFacilitate communication between A&A staff and MSC cyber security leadership and stakeholdersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS10 years of relevant experience supporting governmen and/or Department of Defense customersExperience in information technology securityMust comply with certification requirements identified in DoD 8570.01M for IAM Level III or equivalentMust be designated a Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) Level II or equivalentExperience with DoD RMF process to perform assessment and authorizationExcel spreadsheet, PowerPoint presentation, and Word documentMust be proficient ineMASSCognizance of various DoD policies and regulations (e.g.8500, 5200), and ability to interpret such policies and regulations as are provided to the Afloat communityReview and provide feedback on DoD cybersecurity documents, orders and instructionsStrong inter-personal and communication skills to carry out this assignment with the ability to lead and work as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to include Excel, PowerPoint, and WordA minimum of a SECRET clearance is required for this position.COMPETENCIES Establish FocusChange ManagementDevelop OthersOral Communication Written Communication Interpersonal AwarenessBuild RelationshipsAnalytical ThinkingConceptual ThinkingStrategic ThinkingTechnical ExpertiseInitiativeFoster InnovationResults OrientedTeamwork Customer ServiceWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
