Job Description:

The senior military facilities planner will serve on multi-disciplinary planning projects for the Department of Defense. As part of project team and under the supervision of a project manager ,--the senior planner will develop innovative solutions to address client needs. Experience and advanced knowledge of DoD planning processes and systems such as the internet Facility Assets Database Store (iNFADS) and Electronic Project Generator (EPG) are preferred.--Planner will play a key role in the development of Master Plans, Basic Facility Requirements (BFR's), Asset Evaluations (AE's), Military Construction Documents (Form 1391), as well as the development of concept studies for military installations. The senior planner role conducts client interviews during site visits and requires up to 50% travel.--Required
--------------AICP certification required--------------6+ Years Planning Experience--------------Proficiency with MS Office Suite required--------------Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required--------------Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, or related field----Preferred--------------LEED AP certification preferred
