Position Description:
Create, drive, and manage our e-Commerce sales, and Omnichannel business development, while playing a key role on a fast-paced and high-performing sales team. Our sales team is searching for a motivated team player to develop our eCommerce business and omnichannel approach. The primary goals and responsibilities for this position are to create, support, and execute eCommerce opportunities that will drive incremental sales and margin for the company in key retail accounts that also possess e-Commerce capabilities. This position requires analytical thinking, multi-tasking, and a self-starter personality.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy that supports the strategic and financial targets of the company
Introduce, manage, and execute our product assortments on Amazon and the dotcom platforms of our key brick and mortar customers (Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Target)
Develop programs, pricing, and content strategies based on consumer research that provides insight into what drives shoppers to purchase and POS behavior
Responsible for entire sales product life cycle (item setup, sell-through, forecasting, in-stock, pricing, etc.)
Manage customer-vendor portal activities such as HD Supplier Hub, CommerceHub, Retail Link among others
Cultivate and maintain a productive relationship with customers (may include dotcom buyers, category specialists, site merchandisers, content acquisition teams, among others)
Manage, maintain, and audit content across all programs and platforms
Develop and manage all product reviews and ratings
Manage search optimization and understand retailer search algorithms to optimize products' performance
Translate sales data analysis and research into actionable strategies that drive sales, conversion, and growth
Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy
Proactively monitor and document the landscape to understand trends, enhanced content, priorities, and successes
Collaborate with national account sales managers to synchronize brick and mortar and eCommerce account needs to ensure all relevant account goals and implications are factored in
Produce program flow calendars, retailer-specific campaigns and build knowledge of digital sales tools available by retailers to enhance sales conversion
Additional responsibilities as needed

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in a professional office environment
eCommerce sales, Amazon and/or brick and mortar eCommerce (HD, LW, CO, SC, WM) experience required
Online marketing and/or customer marketing experience preferred
Digital marketing and/or shopper marketing experience a plus

Qualifications:
Experience with managing product content, product ratings and reviews
Experience with retail customer vendor portals including CommerceHub
Outcome-driven, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
Diligent work ethic and self-starter mentality; demonstrates personal initiative and assumes responsibility
Strong organizational skills and ability to develop systems for follow-up
