We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist that will assist our company and its current customers. The successful candidate will be able to resolve any technical issues pertaining to the product.


o      Answer inbound sales calls in a timely manner (20-40 calls per day)

o      Guide current customers with Technical Support Procedures

o      Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

o      Listen to identify customers’ concerns, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

o      Conduct outbound calls, as needed, from email based inquiries

o      Input proper notes into the company database

o      Maintain exceptional attendance

o      Close calls in a timely manner


o      Previous experience in a technical or customer support role

o      Previous experience in Data Entry

o      Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

o      Be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute

o      Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

o      Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

o      Basic computer skills (word,excel)

Available Shifts

o      11am-7pm Monday through Friday and 9am-5pm every other Saturday
