Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to sell our product while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

o      Manage large amounts of inbound sales calls in a timely manner

o      Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

o      Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

o      Listen to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

o      Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

o      Meet and exceed personal/team sales quotas

o      Maintain exceptional attendance

Skills

o      Previous experience in a sales or customer support role

o      Track record of over-achieving quota

o      Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

o      Be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute

o      Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

o      Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Available Shifts

o      9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, plus every other Saturday

o      10:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday, plus every other Saturday

o      4:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Saturday

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
