- Work with and
under the direction of the Webmaster IV/Web Technologies Manager to
ensure efficient and reliable operation of the institution’s
- Maintain our
enterprise-level content management system, TerminalFour
- Assist the
Webmaster IV with preparation of short-, medium- and long-term
plans for and implementation of site structure updates, website
functionality, and website design.
- Write and/or
troubleshoot website code.
- In the absence
of Webmaster IV, ensure ongoing projects and tasks stay on schedule
aiding EVMS departments and outside vendors as
- Under the
direction of the Webmaster IV, work with outside vendors and
analytics and metrics collection. Assist with analysis of traffic
to our websites and other performance measures and work with the
Webmaster IV to recommend and implement informed changes to
institutional sites in response to this data as needed.
Webmaster IV with development and implementation of search engine
optimization strategies for institutional web presence. Provide
advice and instruction on SEO to decentralized content
quickly to website outages (contact support, restore working
versions of content, resolve redirect issues, troubleshoot missing
file issues, etc.).
- Work with
Public/Media Relations and video production colleagues to integrate
social media efforts into the institutional web
- Aid campus to
ensure timely routine updates to content and compliance with
institutional guidelines and style.

degree in computer science/information technology or demonstrated
equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3
years of experience as a web developer
- Mastery of
- Knowledge of
PHP and mySQL

- Ability to
communicate web requirements (responsiveness, accessibility, user
experience/design, etc.) to non-technical audience
with strong analytical, communication, organizational and
web-technology troubleshooting skills
- Ability to
