Provide direct support Aviation repair and maintenance teams supporting active Carrier Groups. Interact daily within the CNAL Staff and active carriers and Shore Support units.

More About the Role

Provide NALCOMIS training as necessary to Organizational and Intermediate activities by electronic communication or on site visit.

Monitor Ashore and Afloat activities replication status to ensure maintenance data is transmitted up line to DECK PLATE in a timely manner.

Coordinate with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in providing assistance and resolutions for fleet trouble calls in support of NALCOMIS Organizational and Intermediate applications.

Provide subject matter expert input in the development and implementation of Navy Maintenance, Repair, and Overall (NMRO) Maintenance Information System.

Assist with testing of new software upgrades/patches on Maintenance Information Systems prior to release to the Fleet.

You'll Bring These Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute for the degree, seven years of hands-on experience in a combination of US NAVY automated supply/maintenance management may be utilized.

• Training related to the degree substitute provided at Navy schools is considered hands on experience.

• In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Senior Supply Analyst should have seven years of experience in US NAVY automated supply, logistics, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of the automated supply systems;

• Must have two years of experience as a senior-level analyst and a supervisor.

• Must have experience with NALCOMIS, ERP, ERMS, IMFORM 21, and Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Access).

• Must have a current DOD SECRET clearance.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related work experience

Former Navy or Marine Corps Senior Logistics Systems Analyst highly desired.
