Responsible for thedevelopment and ongoing management of one or
more internal client facingprograms that are multi-state,
multi-function and multi-year in scope.
Primary duties may include,but are not limited to:
Directs the development,planning, prioritization, approval,
implementation and compliance of on-going internalclient facing
Establishes programgovernance when needed to assure response to
issue escalation; develops programbudget and ensures program meets
its stated objectives.
Provides subject matterexpertise in response to day to day
business issues; researches applicablesubject matter practices; and
remains aware of industry trends.
Manages external clientfacing relationships and partners with
corporate and regional business areas.
Facilitates discussions tocommunicate information, resolve
issues, or socialize issues.
Develops communicationdocuments and training criteria related to
internal client facing programsuccess measures.
Develops documentation tosupport meeting presentations and the
tracking and reporting of the program’ssuccess, including executive
level updates and supporting materials forexecutive
Provides leadership to cross functional initiative and

· 10 + years of experience in client facing program management,
