Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on shift) Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM The Lee Group is currently seeking reliable and adaptable Production Associates for a reputable manufacturer in Virginia Beach, VA . This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being a key part of a production team. As a Production Associate , you’ll be cross-trained to operate various machines and equipment in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment. If you have mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and thrive on teamwork, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery such as extruders, molding machines, and crimping machines Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet precise measurements and standards Monitor machines operating at high temperatures (up to 300 degrees) Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all PPE and safety protocols Work across departments, supporting multiple functions as needed Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a hot environment Willingness to be cross-trained and flexible with duties Basic mechanical skills and strong attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus Must wear steel-toed footwear and adhere to all safety guidelines At The Lee Group , we’re more than a staffing agency - we’re your career partner.
