defined in this section. As a Senior IT Endpoint Analyst , you will
lead the implementation, support, and continual improvement of the
organization's endpoint infrastructure, including desktops,
laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment. You will play a
key role in delivering high-quality endpoint solutions—ensuring
security, performance, and user satisfaction. This role serves as a
bridge between technical teams and end users, with a focus on
lifecycle planning, issue resolution, capacity management, and
consultation. You will also serve as a mentor to team members and
lead initiatives in collaboration with the Endpoint Engineering
team to drive standardization and innovation. WHAT YOU’LL DO: The

other duties as assigned. Endpoint Strategy & Delivery: Translate
business needs into technical requirements for endpoint engineering
projects, cost-saving initiatives, and system enhancements,
ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Deployment &
Implementation: Lead or participate in testing, deployment, and
implementation of new endpoint solutions, ensuring minimal business
disruption and adherence to IT standards. Innovation & Continuous
Improvement: Identify and recommend innovative uses of existing
endpoint and productivity technologies to automate processes,
reduce manual effort, and maximize ROI. Asset Lifecycle Management:
Manage the lifecycle of endpoint hardware and software, including
deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops,
mobile devices, and accessories, while ensuring all asset
additions, updates, and retirements are accurately tracked in the
CMDB to support lifecycle visibility and compliance Collaboration &
Support: Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure,
Applications and Security teams to prepare associates for new
technology deployments and ensure consistent compliance with
security protocols. Escalation & Troubleshooting: Serve as a point
of escalation for complex endpoint issues from the Service Desk;
perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent
recurrence. Training & Field Support: Provide on-site or virtual
assistance with deployments, troubleshooting, and associate
training; ensure adoption of endpoint solutions across locations.
Standardization & Automation: Simplify, standardize, and automate
endpoint management processes to improve efficiency and scalability
across the enterprise. Technology Awareness: Stay current on
endpoint technology trends, tools, and methodologies to anticipate
business needs and recommend emerging solutions. Governance &
Compliance: Abide by all company policies, safety regulations, and
procedures while supporting Smithfield’s programs, goals, and
initiatives. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING: To perform this job successfully,

essential functions. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from
an accredited four-year college or university and 5 years of
relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience, required. Technical Expertise: Broad experience
administering and supporting Windows, Apple, and Android devices,
including desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, tablets, and mobile
devices. Software & Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft
Office 365, Adobe, Java, and system administration tools. Endpoint
& System Proficiency: Experience with endpoint technologies,
security updates, driver configurations, and system patching on
PCs. Remote Support Experience: Hands-on use of remote
administration and screen sharing solutions for troubleshooting and
user support. System & Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of
Windows security updates, driver and system patching, and PC
hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting to ensure
performance, reliability, and compliance. Analytical &
Problem-Solving Skills: Self-directed critical thinker with strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple
priorities simultaneously while maintaining composure under
pressure. Process Improvement & Automation: Passionate about
automation and continuous improvement, demonstrating initiative to
streamline endpoint operations and enhance efficiency across
systems and processes. Collaboration & Professionalism: Works
harmoniously with peers and cross-functional teams, displaying
