Product Development team to help us dream up - and bring to life -
user-friendly products and applications. As a Technical Business
Analyst, you will work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Software
Engineers, User Interface Designers and Web Developers.This
position is in our Norfolk, VA office and has the opportunity for
hybrid work with up to two days remote per week. Four day work
weeks are also an option for those applicants that are
interested.In this position, you'll have the chance to: Transform
product concepts from idea to realityCollaborate with Agile
software development teams to build features using the latest
technologyCraft engaging user experiences to help renters find
their next apartment effortlesslyJoin a fun, hardworking team with
great company cultureDuties Clearly articulate requirements in
task, bug, feature and project ticketsMaintain an up-to-date
backlog based on product and business prioritiesWork with UI
Designers to create wireframes and mockups for new products and
featuresParticipate in Agile development meetings such as daily
standups and sprint planning and assist the team with clarification
when neededCoordinate with Quality Assurance Analysts to perform
acceptance testing on features prior to releaseManage
communications with various cross-functional stakeholdersTrack and
analyze product performance post-releasePerform user and
competitive researchUse KPI and research data to identify
opportunitiesBring ideas for product optimization and new
development to the groupRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree2+
years prior Product Development experienceExperience writing
product and business requirementsWorking knowledge of Agile
development processesWorking knowledge of UI/UX best
practicesEffective communicator with excellent written
communication skillsAbility to manage tight delivery timelinesSolid
understanding of data analysisMust work well solo or within a
groupBe an ambitious self-starterBonus Qualifications Experience
