America**JOB SUMMARY**We provide meaningful engagements to develop
impactful and achievable business solutions leveraging technology.
This role is accountable for the management of one or many client
related projects with minimal oversight. These projects may be
self-performed, carried out by internal staff, outsourced to
external vendors or any combination of these. Responsibilities
include analysis, building presentations, leading work streams, and
client management. This role may take on new business development
efforts, with the support of senior management. They will oversee
projects from inception to final completion and closely manage them
throughout their progression. Where implementation projects are
converted into on-going maintenance scope, this role will be an
integral part of the transition team.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES**Manage Client Expectations &
Communication:---Manage effective and efficient meetings with
client and internal team members.---Track project costs and manage
client invoicing / payment collection as well as financial
forecasting.---Provide detailed status reports on a recurring basis
including customer budget and forecast.---Provide reporting of key
business metrics for productivity tracking and client business
reviews (SLA compliance, work order volumes, stats from projects
for recurring business reviews).---Manage, or assist in management
of, client escalations or conflict resolution.---Build rapport with
clients and actively promote / support relationship with Account
Managers.---Communicate and manage appropriate expectations with
client about project work. Ensure team delivers at or above client
expectation.Manage and Execute Project:---Manage scope, schedule
and budget for projects and engagements large to small from
initiation to close with minimal assistance. Project Managers will
often be managing multiple projects or engagements at any given
time. These projects or engagements may also span multiple services
and clients as well.---Manage and execute project setup, internal
and external kickoff, internal schedules and resource
planning.---Manage internal project team tactical execution,
escalating issue internally, conflict resolution, removing barriers
and answering questions, and keeping managers of talent informed of
performance.---Manage all documentation associated with the
creation and management of projects and sub-projects and provide
written communication for the overall engagement (meeting minutes,
project updates, SOWs, change orders, 'what we heard'
presentations).---Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated
with project or client engagement. Identify obvious technical risks
and work to mitigate (may often require consult with technical
consultant).---Write and execute change orders when applicable (in
accordance with client defined process).---Execute project closeout
activities including plus delta session, transition to support, and
support Account Manager with delivery of project summary to
Marketing Team.Support New Project Opportunities:---Define project
scope and provide detailed preliminary and final cost
estimates.---Identify sales opportunities, alert Account Manager,
and help close opportunities.---Maximize opportunities to continue
existing engagements through focus on additional value that can be
delivered to client.---Assist in Sales process with drafting
Statements of Work for client engagements, proposals and RFP
responses.Support People Development:---Give regular positive and
constructive feedback to project or engagement team members.
Escalate persistent and / or major performance issues to Buildingi
Manager.Situational:---The willingness and ability to travel and
work onsite at the Customer's offices and represent the services
provided to the client with the utmost
professionalism.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**May provide formal
supervision to individual employees within single functional or
operational area. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for
staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop
competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are
consistent with the company's values.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform

EXPERIENCE**Relevant experience in project management, consulting,
change management or organizational development is
required.Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, or a related
discipline from 4-year college or university with relevant
experience and/or training is preferred.**CERTIFICATES and/or
LICENSES**None.**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**Ability to comprehend,
analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability
to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to
write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive
style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on
complex topics to internal and external audiences.**FINANCIAL
KNOWLEDGE**Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial
terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures
such as percentages. Conducts intermediate to advanced financial
analysis.**REASONING ABILITY**Ability to comprehend, analyze, and
interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving
several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and
quantitative skills.**OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**Advanced
skills in Microsoft Office suite applications required.Knowledge of
software productivity tools and user experience with Microsoft
SharePoint or Power Platform are preferred.**SCOPE OF
