for a self-motivated, high performing individual with a desire to
represent our company, advocate for amazing employee experience,
and help grow our company's team experience. If this sounds like
you, you are a great candidate for our Human Resources Associate
position. How do you do that?You will be the first point of contact
employees and visitors have with our company. The primary
responsibilities of the HR Associate are the following; Monitor the
flow of traffic within the office and manage and direct incoming
calls on a multi-line phone system to recruiters and appropriate
individuals within the organization. Perform office reception
duties including greeting visitors and current employees. Assist
the HR team with the onboarding experience of new employees across
the organization. Process and organize applicant information.
Organize new hire information and pertinent tasks related to
onboarding. Update company-wide digital newsletter on a weekly
basis. Organize and distribute Life Protect 247 merchandise. This
job is best suited for candidates that are self-starters looking to
grow their careers in the Human Resources field. You'll provide
quality support services to our current employees and guests by
exemplifying passion, integrity, leadership, learning,
