The Implementation Payroll New Hire Coach This position will align training with the business strategy and processes focusing on the client experience and time to implement, reducing the time it takes to get associates productive on the job. The position is accountable for assuring knowledge transfer has occurred, assisting our associates by enhancing their strengths and improving their job skills. This position will provide feedback to all levels of leadership using different rollup tools.
This position will supplement training for new payroll associates who will be supporting our largest accounts in the organization. Associates will need to master the technical aspects of payroll implementation, project/time management balancing workload, provide subject matter expertise to clients, collaborate with their teams and drive client satisfaction.
This position will provide guidance and oversight to peer mentors who deliver critical OJL/shadowing opportunities as well as deliver continuous learning to the entire organization as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Forge strong working relationships and building credibility with a range of internal stakeholders, including leadership, ITLs and Mentors. Proactively monitor training of new associate's success. Analyzes the results and delivers/coordinates the delivery of additional training as required. Use Mentor, New Associates tools and metrics to coordinate, communicate and track progress. Makes recommendations and work closely with ITL team for changing process steps. Develop compelling, insightful recommendations with the use of presentations, storytelling and written communications when delivering continuous learning to entire organization. Inspire associates and act as a role model for client experience and teamwork behavior needed to be successful in implementation. Coach, mentor and train the team in the philosophy, methods and tools of process improvement, innovation, and customer experience to increase the organizational capability to meet key business objectives. Proactively stay current on all processes, technology, and organization changes. Work with associates to ensure full adherence to process and policy at all times Work collaboratively with other Mentor/Coaches to share learnings and best practices. Ability to adjust to learners preferred learning style and patience for repeat questions. Assists and reinforces the proper use of resources and tools such as HENRY, the mainframe and other productivity tools. Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 5 Plus years of payroll experience on larger accounts ( > 500 employees) Minimum of 3 years of successful Workforce Now Implementation experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience. Major or Area of Concentration: Adult Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Services. Seasoned in service, organization, and communication skills.
Background in training, customer service, systems implementation, human resources, benefits, or payroll (emphasis in payroll)
