Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) in Norfolk, VA, supporting students from preschool through
12th grade. This role is ideal for a licensed SLP with a
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those entering their
Clinical Fellowship year, seeking a full-time position during the
26/27 school year. Qualifications: - Valid Speech-Language
Pathology certification with CCC or entering the Clinical
Fellowship year - Experience or interest in working within school
settings - Ability to address speech and language needs across a
wide age range (preschool to high school) Job Details: - Contract
position covering the 26/27 school year - Full-time hours: 37.5
hours per week, 5 days per week - Caseload may include
communication support classrooms, behavior support classrooms, or
multiple disabilities classrooms - Typically supports 12 locations
per position, providing diverse experiences within educational
environments Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance
student communication skills - Support students in specialized
classrooms addressing communication, behavior, or multiple
disabilities - Maintain documentation, progress reports, and
