of eight Ophthalmologists and three Optometrists, with a built-in
referral network and immediate patient volume. The current wait
list is eight months for new patients. • Comprehensive practice
with three Retina Specialists onsite. Seeking a Comprehensive
Ophthalmologist or a Glaucoma Specialist. Have autonomy with
freedom to design your schedule/pace. Mentorship available for new
graduates. • One office location, modern facilities, and
exceptional clinical support allow you to focus on efficiency,
delivering high-quality patient care. On-site optical shop. •
Dedicated OR day each week. Impressive ASC with a skilled OR team
that can flip rooms quickly. • Low call expectations, no trauma
surgeries overnight. • Financial package includes a 400K first year
income guarantee, with demonstrated earnings exceeding 600K beyond
year one. Robust HR benefits, 6 weeks PTO, 40K signing bonus, and
