Details - Home health setting - Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - No on-call requirements - 13-week contract Requirements - Minimum 1 year of home health experience post-graduation (clinical hours completed prior to licensure do not qualify) - Proficiency in OASIS documentation required - Current PT license required if applicable - Two professional references required for consideration - Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Additional Information - Local candidates are welcome to apply - Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate American Traveler Job ID P-687377.
