Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Not Needed Weekend - On Call (Pager):
Not Needed Shifts: 8 Hour shift 7 am - 3 pm 10 Hour shift 7 am - 5
pm Supervision ratio 1:3 or 1:4 No OT and Call Available Number of
Anesthesia Rooms: 30 Are Anesthesiologists supervising CRNAs?: Yes
