Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is motivated by improving the lives of patients and providing personalized, evidence-based care. This role will be pivotal in implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, our outpatient centers. Implement behavior intervention plans prescribed by a BCBA Collect and record data on patients' progress Assist with patient assessments under the supervision of a BCBA Provide direct support and care to patients, tailored to their specific behavioral needs Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions Ability to implement behavior intervention plans Data collection and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Basic understanding of patient care and confidentiality obligations (HIPAA) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required upon hire
