Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Onancock,

Experience with patient ratios of 6:1 on nights - EPIC charting
system experience required Description: This position is for a
telemetry/surgical floor with 36 beds. Candidates from the local
area are accepted at the same base rate. Registered Nurses must
have a BLS certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Prior charge nursing experience is required. Nurses will manage
patients with a variety of conditions and care requirements. A
patient ratio of 6:1 is expected during night shifts. Floating may
be requested based on the needs of the facility. Candidates must
possess skills in colostomy/ileostomy management, feeding tube
care, and pre/post-hemodialysis management. Experience with renal
failure, managing IVs, blood product administration, and wound care
is also necessary. Nurses must be able to conduct oxygen
administration and maintain high-flow nasal cannula. Collaboration
with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and
pharmacy, is essential. Additional specialty experience within the
last year is mandatory. All required certifications and evidence of
licensure must be submitted prior to the interview. Candidates must
maintain a minimum request for time off, preferably no more than 7
days total during the assignment. No additional time off requests
