Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position Details MS/Tele RN-36 or 48-Hrs NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (within 50-mile radius, address included in the submission packet) EKG Exam Required (study guide in Simplify library) Experience in MS/Tele required Must be proficient in lab draws and IV starts required BLS and NIHSS required 12-Hr Days - Every other weekend/major holiday required Quick interviews Specific Unit Details 29 Bed MS/Tele Unit Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Hercules Beds Nurses draw own labs and start IVs 2 PCT's when at full census Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or any combination of the two colors Ratio*: 1:5-6 *Staffing ratios are subject to change based on facility needs and are not guaranteed.
