dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in the neonatal intensive
care unit. The qualified candidate will care for premature and
critically ill infants. The role requires proficiency in various
NICU skills and procedures. Key responsibilities include monitoring
patient conditions and administering medications. Candidates must
be knowledgeable in neonatal dosage calculations and blood product
administration. Experience with ventilator management and
respiratory distress syndrome is essential. Ability to provide
developmental care and patient/family teaching is necessary.
Candidates will float within the scope if needed. A preference for
BSN candidates is noted. The position will involve working with
multidisciplinary teams and supporting patient diagnoses. The
