nursing staff and ensure that all nurses are providing optimal
patient care. This position requires an individual who is

education in the nursing field. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in healthcare management, exceptional
interpersonal skills, and a commitment to upholding our standards
of excellence. Oversee the daily operations of nursing staff across
multiple units. Ensure all patient care is compliant with industry
standards and regulations. Conduct regular staff assessments and
provide coaching and development. Manage patient care planning and
implementation. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to
improve efficiency and quality of care. Ensure proper staffing
levels by scheduling and resource management. Implement and monitor
compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management
software Ability to handle high-stress situations In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
