Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
Location: Richmond, VA Agency: Ventura MedStaff Pay: $2,017 to
$2,217 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the
Position TravelNurseSource is working with Ventura MedStaff to find
a qualified CVICU RN in Richmond, Virginia, 23219! Travel CVICU RN
is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Virginia. VA
or compact license is required. Shifts are 7-7. Cardiac Surgery
Unit : 14 ICU beds. Certifications: BLS (via AHA) Required Skills:
Vents, VAD experience, IV Start, Telemetry Minimum Level I Cardiac
Surgery experience required; Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
required; Dress code: Ceil Blue and White; Basic Knowledge
Assessment Test (BKAT) required; EMR is Cerner Cardiac Surgery ICU
provides direct patient care for 1-2 critically ill post-op
cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery patients on a 14 bed unit.
Deliver safe and effective care for patients requiring close
hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, invasive lines,
multiple vasoactive drips & advanced support modalities. Provide
oversight for circulatory assist devices to include: Heartmate II &
Heartmate III LVAD, CentriMag RVAD/LVAD, Heartware HVAD,
Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation, Continuous Renal Replacement
Therapy, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump & the Total Artificial Heart. To
